A new social slot game is inviting Facebook users to learn more about their friends while winning credits at the same time. FriendSlot is a free-to-play game in which players must match their friends’ attributes with their own in order to gain leaderboard points, according to gamblingonlinemagazine.com.
The app, created by slot game website JackpotParty, captures and distributes friend information including age, gender, star sign, location and ‘likes’ and distributes it across the game’s three reels before offering players 10 spins to score as many points as possible.
A summary at the end of each game displays which friends have won a player the most points and what ‘likes’ they share, while overall scores can be posted on Facebook and Twitter.
If a Facebook user isn’t playing the game themselves but still helps one of their friends win then they are rewarded with credits which are added to their score on the leaderboard.
